Green Ventures continues to lead on the proposed development of the Peterborough Green Gateway.

The project envisages the replacement of the current derelict industrial site with a vibrant ultra low carbon office and retail development.  The development will also create new high quality public realm which will provide a greatly improved first impression of the city for those arriving by train.

We have been responsible for conceiving the original project, brokering the partnerships required to take it forward, developing the plans and marketing the concept to potential tenants.

We have assembled an expert design team and are currently working with Peterborough City Council, Opportunity Peterborough, Network Rail and ING to realise the project.

Green Ventures has completed work leading the Northampton Breathing Places initiative to regenerate three urban parks.

This focused on developing a new approach to parks restoration and brokering relationships between the lead statutory agencies.  The result included a range of environmental features that could be enjoyed by the local community.

Phil Newby's earth sheltered house is now largely complete, having moved from the detailed planning stage (bottom of page), through the build phase (below) to the occupied property (above).
